WARRANTY POLICY

Our lifetime warranty covers the normal life of the wallet for problems that are caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or transport damage (by airlines for example). This warranty also does not cover wear and tear, as this is not a replacement policy for wallets worn out over years of usage. To start your warranty request, please use the contact information below and send us a picture of the affected area and a screenshot copy of your receipt. If approved, we will reply back with an RMA number and a shipping address. At the customer's expense, the wallet will need to be sent to our offices so that we can repair or restitch your wallet.  We will ship the wallet back at our expense.
